Hello I have tried Driver Cleaner Pro with nvidia. Today I'll reinstall my Windows then I'll test those drivers you suggested. And yes I have SLI bridge connecting all the time I just tested without it and result was the same

Yes I formatted my hard drive and then installed Windows. And that CPU load thing is that Task Manager shows CPU Usage as 86% while it shows System Idle process as 99% At the same time. So it should show CPU Usage as 1%. I'll try installing Windows yet again tomorrow, but I doubt it will work
