This is always a nice problem to have. :)

    Ghost of Tsushima (Confirmed)

    Great game. Don't miss it.
  3. Q

    Skull & Bones

No surprise at all. I still suspect Ubisoft would have lost less money shitcanning this thing several years ago vs putting it out by hook or by crook. No wonder they are in trouble. It's like some of these companies are really in business to lose money with some of the absurd decisions. (In...

No Man's Sky - a procedurally generated sand box space exploration game

    https://www.nexusmods.com/nomanssky Try some mods. :)

Ready or Not: tactical SWAT game

I agree. It feels better. I think they are a lot closer now. I didn't have an enemy suddenly jump me out of thin air and I didn't have as much aimbot/wallhack happening, either. I still have some challenge but it seems less unfair. Now I feel like I can recommend this game with confidence.

No Man's Sky - a procedurally generated sand box space exploration game

I continue to marvel at the support and evolution of this game. I think anyone let down by aspects of Starfield really owe it to themselves to finally try this if they haven't already otherwise it might time for a re-visit. :)

    Dragon's Dogma 2

It's strange how often this happens. This game is at the top of the list for me.

Rise of the Ronin (PS5 exclusive)

https://gamerant.com/rise-of-ronin-glider-traversal-ghost-tsushima-2-good/ I am keeping this game on my radar. It almost slipped by me.
  9. Q

    Hogwarts Legacy

My personal GOTY for 2023. I was never much of a Harry Potter fan, either.
  10. Q

    Kingdom Come: Deliverance

I really should revisit this. I haven't played it since shortly after its launch. Did they ever help the combat out at all?
  11. Q

    Deus Ex : Mankind Divided

Terrible news. Cyberpunk is the closest thing to a "new Deus Ex game" any of us are going to have for the forseeable future.
  12. Q

    RoboCop: Rogue City

I have kept an eye on this thread and am also eyeballing the current sales. Worth it or wait for a further price drop?
  13. Q

    Palworld

Gaming fads like this always fascinate me. I have to say I'm getting kind of amazed I haven't seen any legal bombs going off yet.
  14. Q

    Palworld

You are correct on all points here. The talk I'm seeing is that the lawsuits may not have much ground because they can cite parody, satire, and some other qualifiers. There are also other games that had similar looking monster come and go but certainly nothing this big. I fully expect...

    Avowed (Obsidian RPG)

Probably a day one buy for me unless it's a wreck.

Indiana Jones videogame teased by Bethesda

    This has promise.
  17. Q

    Cyberpunk 2077

I finished Phantom Liberty last night and I have 100 percent or close to it through the entire game. What a ride and experience. I still think the "secret" ending for the main story is the best ending by far.
  18. Q

Ready or Not: tactical SWAT game

I can recommend the AI overhaul mod. It helps with the AI's occasional ability to be superhuman, use wall hacks, and so forth. Try it.
  19. Q

Ready or Not: tactical SWAT game

    ^^ I will co-sign this.
  20. Q

Ready or Not: tactical SWAT game

I have learned the hard way quickly: Micromanagement is a must for this.
  21. Q

Ready or Not: tactical SWAT game

This is quite solid. Difficult, too. It's scratching the SWAT itch for me.
  22. Q

    Skull & Bones

I can't believe Ubisoft has stubbornly stuck to this for this long.
  23. Q

    God of War: Ragnarök

Great news. Ragnarok was my personal GOTY for 2022. I hope they are already starting plans for another game.
  24. Q

    Immortals of Aveum

I will always give a salute for a free demo. At that point no one has anything to lose and why not try it?
  25. Q

    Trepang 2 Inspired by F.E.A.R

The first time playthrough of the original FEAR is still an unforgettable experience for me.
  26. Q

    Immortals of Aveum

I'll look into it. EDIT: I changed my mind. I'm still not sold on this Aveum game all told. I almost bit but I can't make myself do it.
  27. Q

    Sniper Elite 5

Insane deals for this great game. Each entry in the series just keeps getting better. People shouldn't sleep on this. I can't wait to see what's next for the series.
  28. Q

    New Ghost Recon Project OVER

If they give me more Ghost Recon Breakpoint (latest version) or anything along those lines I'll be all over it.
  29. Q

    Dragon's Dogma 2

I'm interested. I liked the first game but I didn't love it. There were some things about it that frustrated me that I am hoping are refined for this. If those refinements are there I know will be very happy with it.
  30. Q

    Trepang 2 Inspired by F.E.A.R

For the asking price it's a slam dunk. Off the chain run and gun "inspired by FEAR." Try the free demo. You can't go wrong. :)
  31. Q

    Trepang 2 Inspired by F.E.A.R

    All in.
  32. Q

    Trepang 2 Inspired by F.E.A.R

I may as well try the demo at this rate. Are you all generally pretty happy with this for what it is?
  33. Q

    Fallout: London

Do you mean to tell me I might be reinstalling my several hundred hours (at least) Fallout 4 AGAIN?!
  34. Q

    Grand Theft Auto VI

No one can match the hype of a new Rockstar game and especially these. Part 6 is way overdue. I'm eagerly looking forward to it and yes PC all the way. Whatever it takes. ;)
  35. Q

    RoboCop: Rogue City

A decent $20 game. That's my takeaway from this thread and beyond. True or false?
  36. Q

    New Mass Effect Game

I'll believe it when I see it.
  37. Q

    Star Wars Jedi: Survivor

Is this game safe to buy now? (All the tech issues and so forth.)
  38. Q

    Assassin’s Creed Mirage

Enjoying it. A friend of mine got 100 percent done (collectibles, everything) and said it was about 25 hours or so of gameplay. I can believe that. This definitely isn't vast in scope like Valhalla but was never meant to be.
  39. Q

    Assassin’s Creed Mirage

I've enjoyed it so far. 3-4 hours of my free time disappeared pretty fast so it's doing something right.
  40. Q

    Assassin’s Creed Mirage

I guess solid enough? I don't really disagree with you overall. It is what it is. My expectations weren't high. I'll get what I want out of it. (shrugs) If you put ACG and Skill Up's reviews together I think they paint the picture overall. It should have been a Valhalla farewell...
