    Don't touch Raidmax PSU's, I had a Raidmax 520w that died the other day with a blown capacitor. There are tons of PSU's out there that are better quality and reasonably priced if you shop around.

    It's because of limitations in the Directx 9 API when using AFR. DirectX10 doesn't have this issue.
