Its all about feature set vs price point. Money was spent on the audio system, to maintain a price point then other areas can/will be sacrificed. Remember, it may be an upper end FM2+ board, but it is still a very low priced motherboard.

Only one way to find out! My 4670K sweetspot is likely 4.8Ghz as i dont need more than 1.35V for that and temps stays very cool. I think I got a nice chip. 4.3 on stock voltage, no problem. and that is with the memory @ DDR3 2800!.
