^^++ Just a follow up for anybody with the same problem. Cooler Master provided me with a replacement I/O panel completely free of charge through their parts request program. The whole process only took a little over a week. Cooler Master gets two thumbs up from me for this. :cool:

Have you tried changing things in the bios? This kind of sounds like a problem between your SSD and mobo but I'm just guessing. I had a similar problem like yours with my Vertex 3 but enabling hot plug for it fixed it for me. Do you have all your C states enabled? They are on auto by default but...
