Since there's no great mATX o/c mobos it seems, my thought go towards getting an e4300, pairing it with one of the half-decent boards listed here and bumping the FSB from 800 to 1066, which should run the CPU at 2.4ghz (from 1.8). Anything after that is a bonus, but the lack of PCI-e lock seems...
