Bump still for sale. I am selling this for my friend and was planning on returning it to him because of no sale. But I won't see him until Thursday, so it'll be up till then.
It's a pretty awesome keyboard. The programs for the LCD are massive resource hog though :(.
I laughed when I received my "dented" box order. It looked like a typical box you pull off the shelf at the store.
Not bad of a deal. However I will wait for it to be $10 before taking the plunge. Also, my internet connection has been shoddy these past few weeks; occasionally disconnecting...stupid comcast.
The monitor arms are very nice. It comes with all the screws, wire clips, and even a leveler. You can't beat the value $22/each + shipping.
Monitors are not too high for me. I have to sit up straight to keep good posture ;), no more slouching
I think the most annoying part of the Galaxy fan is the noise it emits. There's a high pitch whirl when it's on. I told my friend I'll strap on another fan if needed, but he hasn't called me back since, so it probably doesn't bother him.
I have about 15-20 different sized fans laying...
LOL! Let me try to get this thread back on topic. Here is my temporary eyefinity setup. The middle monitor has the Monoprice LCD desk mount. I have 2 more coming on Tuesday so i will get some new pictures then. 3 Samsung EX2220X LED monitors, using vga > dp adapter.
What card do you currently have now?
I picked up a used 5870 from the FS section for $305 with lifetime warranty transfer. Too good of a deal for me to wait for the 6 series. I upgraded from 8800GTX so it was a very nice boost...also went Eyefinity :).
i picked a DVA to DP adapter at a local computer store for $25 including tax. It looks almost exactly the same as the sapphire one and it works great.
I believe people have had luck with the monoprice adapters, only $22 + shipping there...add tax to certain states.
Nice. Anyone else who didn't receive one care to try also? I won't get mine until Monday. I will definitely shoot them an e-mail if I don't get a coupon.
I ordered the standard version, so the noise and heat level should hopefully be similar to other stock cards. [H] only reviewed Galaxy's super clock version, which is made clear in the review many times.
I still haven't received mine :(. I ordered on 7/12 in the afternoon.
I did receive another email telling me card is back ordered...like i didn't know that.
