    HP ProLiant MicroServer owners' thread

So does the N54L have a 12 drive limit? If I use it with unRAID and port multiplier cards and enclosures, will I be able to use 25 drives with this? Twenty drives from enclosures and five internal drives.

    Gateway FHD2400

Everything is fine so far. It doesn't seem any worse than my 21" Gateway I've had the last couple of years. But this monitor is also mainly for PC use. I do have a 360 connected to and it seemed fine when I put up an HD DVD with black bars above and below. I just need to get used to the...

    Gateway FHD2400

I picked it up tonight. They did price match Circuit City at $499 but the 4 year warranty was still $79 even though the monitor cost was technically below $500. Plus they had 0% interest for 18 months. Although I would rather have a matte finish like the 21" Gateway I've been using the past few...

    Gateway FHD2400

How much is the BB warranty? I'm going to pick one up tonight if they will match the Circuit City $499 price. Plus BB has 18 months no interest financing on items $499 and up. At least I hope it's $499 and not $500.

    1,000GB Hitachi Available/Ingram

I remember paying a few hundred for a 10MB hard drive. Yes 10MB. Now we're up to 1000GB. Amazing.

    Gateway FPD2485W - 24" HD LCD

If they try and charge me a restocking fee, they will just have to keep replacing it until I get one that works properly. So that means it needs to at least be one manufactured in 2007 to guarantee that the power supply doesn't make a buzzing sound.

    Gateway FPD2485W - 24" HD LCD

I just picked up one from Circuit City today. I had 10% off and 18 months no interest. But unfortunately it's going back:( . These are the first few that have arrived to CC stores around here and mine was still a Nov build. It has the buzzing from the power supply and tearing(but no ghosting). I...

    Gateway FPD2485W - 24" HD LCD

The PS3 outputs 1080P60. So the resolution is 1920x1080P at 60hz. This is correct. When they have the March update we will supposedly get 1080P24 as an output option. But right now the only 1080P output option is 1080P60.

    Gateway's FPD2185W: a 21in widescreen 2005fpw killer!

Actually it takes 1920x1080P from the XBOX 360 just fine. It produces an excellent picture after scaling it down to it's native resolution. It does accept 1920x1080P over the VGA input. I haven't tried the DVI input at that resolution. i was pleasantly surprised since the manual implies that...

    Gateway FPD2485W - 24" HD LCD

I thought a couple of people earlier said they had a problem? But if you are running it oK then that is good news. I just need to wait for BB to get them so I can use a 12%/10% off coupon along with 2 or 3 years no interest. Then I'll just need to sell my 21".

    Gateway FPD2485W - 24" HD LCD

It is a 1680x1050P panel but it will take a 1920x1080P signal and downconvert it.

    Gateway FPD2485W - 24" HD LCD

So this 24" monitor doesn't support 1080P over VGA? I have the 21" Gateway widescreen and even though the manual implies it won't work at 1080P over the VGA it actually does and produces an excellent picture with the 360 outputting 1920x1080P. I was hoping the 24" version would work with it as...
