I switched my sidefan to exhaust from intake and took the dust grille off and now my temps are 40*C idle according to TAT, 37*C according to Coretemp. Stock heatsink too. Temps on my GPU really went down.

Just get it off newegg imo.

I turned my sidefan to exhaust instead of intake and my 8800GTX temp went from 65*C idle to 54*C idle. I took off the dust guard though so don't know how much role that played. I'll see how much dust gets in (even though its exhausting now).

Anyone experienced this? It happens rarely but sucks when it happens during gaming. It'll restart itself and leave me hanging for about 30 seconds. Only USB plugs I have in are keyboard, mouse, and printer.

I love my G70! One problem that is pissing me off though. I also have the Lian Li CD/DVDrom Drive covers. I can't get these damn things to close right. I have to push the tray in then when it goes in it pops back out. It takes me literally 2 minutes to get lucky and have it stay in.
