if you are looking at the samsungs, most of their 37inch + tvs are 1080p so you shouldn't really have to look into to much, and yes, if it runs 1080p/1080i it will run 720p as well.
it may not be exactly what you are looking for, but if you have a BJs wholesale around you...they are clearing out their remaining sony SXRD stock pretty cheap...i think the 60inch at mine was at like 1400, ymmv of course but its worth a try right?
I was having the same sort of issue with my ps3 using wireless on the same router, there is a firmware update on the linksys site, install it, fixed everything up for me.
you know, when my xbox rrrod it was almost kinda like that..buddy called me to play some halo 3, i went to turn on the console while talking to him, and i saw red blinky :<
As someone who actually owns both consoles (which i see most people in here talking shit don't have either) both have their benefits but honestly its not even fair to compare the two right now with the incomplete state of PSN. Maybe when home is finished and ingame xmb are working we can talk...
The game is very short. 6 missions total, but it is also hella fun. Do yourself a favor and quit playing with the AI, find a buddy on live or psn, and go at it, it makes the game so much better.
Meh, its shooters on xbox live, at this point that stuff is kind of expected (which btw, is very sad) However its pretty easy to get by most of the stuff, just play with a full group in COD, or hoook up with guys on these boards who are mature and don't act like idiots.
But yeah, our COD...
hey im getting mine back thursday, so It seems its a good week for both of us....now just gotta catch up on the games that I missed in the uhh almost 3 weeks it was gone
I'll prolly end up buying just TF2 for the pc, but as for the entire package, its going to the 360.
Reasons? its simple, its just easier to get all my friends together and romp through games all night on the 360, as most of them dont have great pcs. And for everyone complaining about live...
Definitely get her the lego star wars II original trillogy if she liked the first one.
As far as anything else, depends on the wife/gf, im kinda lucky in the fact that mine will play pretty much anything, so gears, vegas, graw 2 coop has worked out, along with crackdown, and even once in a...
Roommate and I have had it since the email lottery they did, very good game so far, though hoping they up the level cap so we can play with a few of the other weapons/perks. For our xbox live group though, this will definitely replace our vegas sessions
so im assuming that this is a must buy? We havent really had much use out of our ps3 cept for folding, would be nice to run a decent game on it for a change :o
Oh believe me, im not disagreeing with you that you have a right to protect your rig, but to make it out to be something more than it really is, is well, unnecessary. And i've read the posts on COR, and the same thing when NWN2 came out with the same protection. And while nothing is impossible...
Its funny that people are calling secuROM a rootkit, I'd be willing to bet that most of you here complaining have installed a game that had secuROM on it before and never noticed, or even cared enough to check, although the knee jerk reaction of the PC gaming community is once one person cries...
For me, the vga cable made everything look very washed out, however i haven't tried it since the update today, and I doubt I will, because I am one of the lucky ones that gets 1080p over component. It all really depends on your tv, but if you have a choice I'd use the component.
They have described the pvp system a bit like the way eve is, setup with "Safe zones" and anything worth a shit is in contested ports, ect. Sounds like it could be sweet as hell, heres hoping.
I'd suggest if you want to not build it yourself, read some of the vendor reviews that Kyle and them have done, they are very informative when it comes to the entire process, from order, to build quality to support.
Velocity Micro though, also has a windowed case with some blue lighting, I...
While only a rumor at this point, its hard to deny that it has some strength with what has happened as of late. Would be nice to get some more big name /jrpgs on the 360, as its something that it is seriously lacking.
I think they may actually stick with that price after thinking about it for a while, because obviously there are going to be people (read: morons) who rush out and buy the elites simply for the black color and to have the first dose of HDMI and the bigger hard drive. And if they actually are...
I really dont see the point of them upping the cost of the silly little black box, if the premiums are going to end up turning into the "elites" anyway. Makes zero sense. Only thing im interested in is the bigger drive, which i'll pick up when they are offered seperately.
It honestly depends on what type of game the current wow players are looking for. If its more raiding and things of that nature, not sure if there is really anything on the horizon that can compete with wow. But if its more pvp, and guild based combat, then Warhammer and Age Of Conan will put a...
mound visit is easy, hit the left button, go down to your pitcher, hit A and select mound visit, check swing, you just need to pull the stick back again.
I picked it up for the 360, and I'm really liking it. Part of it could be the time since I've played a baseball game, but meh. The hitstick is cool, takes quite a while to get used to, but once you do, you can put the ball where ever you want. Fielding isnt horrible, there is some work you need...
