How about those little moist cloths they sell to wipe glasses? If it's good enough to wipe glasses it should be good enough to wipe an LCD right?
I'm gonna try that now i think. Been sneezing and coughing on my monitor and now there's a huge rubbed out phlegm stain :)
I allways listen to the radio trough iTunes at work. You can add your local favourite stations if they transmit trough the net.
I allways listen to AM1710 - Antioch, the Great Gildersleeve rules! :D
I don't see what all the fuss is about, my Samsung 770P does 1500:1 and it's almost 6 months old. I tought a contrast ratio like that would be standard by now on most panels.
*sorry to sound so "cocky"* :p
I'm really happy with my Samsung 770P

Contrast ratio: 1500:1 (best for an LCD so far)
Reaction time: 6 ms
Resolution: 1280 X 1024
3 hinged-system for optimal...
Yes is does, you can tilt the panel 90° flat and it'll only be about the same height as two AA batteries stacked onto each other.

Ok i see, didn't know what 1080p was either so thanks for clearing that up, the screenshots must be showing a lower resolution then maybe? I know i can fit 13 icons from top to bottom in a 1280 X 1024 res, and i only see 9 big icons fill up the screen in those screenshots.
Nice TV but as a monitor i'd pass. What's the resolution on that thing? 1280 X 768? Real estate -wise it's a real let down (imo "real estate" refers to the amount of pixels a panel displays, not the physical size of the display).
If i did nothing but watch movies and play games i'd be in...
Hi everyone, first post here. I've been lurking on this board for almost 6 months and i finally tought i had something usefull to say :)
I have my Samsung Syncmaster 770P for almost 2 weeks now, this is the best panel i've used so far, it even beats the Lacie 321 21" monitors we use at work...
