Just set up a dell poweredge today with small business server 2003. Had to reinstall due to a nasty active directory crash. When my workstations login, they take approximately 1 minute to "apply settings." Any ideas what would be causing this? This server is not setup to be the DHCP...

**SOLD** changed the gpu fan with a blue lighted one, will send the original. ocz and stock ramsinks on both sides of the memory. running right now at a stable 396/386. could probably get a better overclock with better cooling, but i liked the lighted fan better. the power connector on it...

building a new computer, epox 8rda3+, barton 3000+, 512 mb ram.... tried to install using 3 different copies of xp, and NT4, on 2 different harddrives. when its copying files, it will get to some of them, and it says it cant copy them....sometimes it will get an bluescreen error,(irql i think)...
