I ordered two of the exact same Asus motherboards from the egg - open box - and one came with everything except some SATA cables and the i/o shield and the other was just the board itself, so YMMV definitely. Oh, and both boards worked just fine after a bios flash to the most recent version.

My wife was kind enough to go today and pick up the last one they had at the local BB. It's not the cheapest per gigabyte I've ever gotten, but you've gotta love no rebates. I'll take $40 today and be done over paying $100+ and _maybe_ getting my $50 back sometime in the future.
I know that at least one company makes LCDs that do 1080p including a 65 incher coming out soon.
