I still feel that a few of the top PSU makers do use Modular PSU's however. ;)
PC Power and Cooling offer a modular PSU along w/ Antec, SilverStone and OCZ to name a few. ;) Here ya go..

I hear ya 1337m0dd3r, that is awesome, I really like your thinking! I also love the winter! I open up the door that leads into a walk in attic and use my AC unit. :) Have not even used it but a couple of times this winter though due to low freon and I have been told that you can come out cheaper...
Stock cooler and still air.. :) This $240 processor is killing me though! :)
Ambient room temp is: Farenheit 50 | Celsius 10, not that cold but it helps.

Just received it yesterday afternoon (1/28) so I have not had alot of time with it yet.
As you can see, I'm using OverClocker to clock the core and memory of the XTX.
ATI Tool is giving me fits..
