    I've noticed the fan not spinning when I installed my new 3870. I 've had the 3870 for under a month. I clean and dust my cpu case every 2 months or so and this is the first time I noticed it not spinning. I play CS:Source daily and everything runs fine.

    Power supplies aren't something you upgrade every few generations like cpus or video cards. You'd want to get with enough power to cover any upgrades you may want to do.
