No but I will try that.
By the way, I just let 3dmark06 run with the flickering. The score is a lot higher than what I got with Catalyst A.I. turned off and no flickering. Seems that when the flickering is going on Crossfire is actually working ?
1280x960 @ 85Hz (CRT)
I connected both bridges, enabled Crossfire in CCC and reinstalled drivers with both cards installed (uninstalled drivers first, rebooted then installed drivers).
Don't know what else to do :(
Thanks for the replies I appreciate them.
So I got my second Sapphire X1950PRO today. Installed it, linked the bridges, installed drivers and all that.
Now I'm having a few issues. Sometimes when I start a game I get some kind of flickering/artifacts. Happens for example when I boot into windows and then start a game. When I close it...
I have a Sapphire X1950PRO 256MB and a Asus P5B Deluxe motherboard. Can I plug in another X1950PRO with 512MB in and make it work or do both cards have to have the same amount of RAM ?
Title says it all.I want to OC the 9550GE even more than I already do, so I seek for a better cooling solution than the stock ASUS cooler.
I overclocked it successfully from 250/400 to 460/540 with ATiTool and no artifacts for over 2 hours.
I think ... well, I hope I can overclock it more...
I'm getting the ASUS Radeon 9550 GE 128MB these days.It's a 128-bit card with a core frequency of 250 MHz and RAMDAC frequency of 400 MHz.
I had a GeForce 2 NX 400 64 MB for 3 years and I think it's time now to upgrade.What doy ou think about the 9550 GE ? Does anyone have it here ? Tell me...
@Warrior
Ya it sux totaly.I'm running it with a 800x600 resolution and lowest settings (no AA, min. draw distance, etc).It's pushing the GF2 to the max.But I'm getting a new video card these days, so it doesen't bother me.
I can't show you my old graphics card because it's still in the PC I'm using right now (the only PC I have btw).It's a GeForce 2 MX 400 64MB
Ok guys, see you later I'm off to play some GTA:SA ... :P
