Ended up getting a couple of replacement monitors sent out. After comparing them (backlight bleed wise) I eneded up keeping one of the original ones and one of the new ones.

Well so called Dell again since I haven't received any monitors yet. Turns out they have no record of me speaking to them or any replacement monitors to be sent out :mad:
I guess lesson learned is to take the details of the guy you're speaking to and also a ref number if possible.

I'm thinking about calling up Dell and getting replacement ones. Just afraid the new ones might have the same issues.
