Hey guys. I will be getting a I7-6700 (non k) when it is released. Which speed DDR 4 to get? Should I just get 2133? Or something higher? Would skylake benefit from a higher speed? Thanks for any insight.

Probably with good reason, I went to frys this past weekend, and asked how much the 3770's were, $314 for S and regular, $359 for k. Didn't ask about the 3570k, but I can only imagine.

If you go with the gigabyte sniper m3, don't buy it from the egg, cheaper places out there. About to order one myself.

Same thing happens to me with a XFX 5750 (10.2's). Using HDMI to HDMI. If I use DVI to HDMI or DVI to DVI, no problems. What's more weird is if I take a screen shot of the problem, it does not show up! Went back to 10.1 no problem. But need to get away from them because of the monitor...

Just to let you know, the vista upgrade trick works. You can have a blank hard drive, install 7 with no key. Boot into that installation, use the upgrade disk again, chose upgrade, put in your key and activate.

Yes. Works just like vista. Also, I did chose the update setup files when asked by the upgrade CD.

WOW is the upgrade process slow, nothing but windows on the drive. Clean install is way faster. Got to where you enter your key. This time it accepted it! :) And it activated! :) So yes it does work!

Ok, Tried from boot to upgrade, told me I had to be in windows. Trying from Windows 7 now.

Not sure what you mean. It does allow you to chose the upgrade option from the boot if thats what you mean. I chose custom.

I received my upgrade from amazon 1hr ago. 1) Blank hard drive. Booted with upgrade disk. Got to the part where it asks "upgrade" or "custom". Chose custom and its installing! WTF? I will post back with what happened.
