$600 with Battlefield 4 wouldn't be too bad.

According to one of the other threads here it's going to be $600 and limited quantities with BF4 can be pre-ordered starting October 3rd.

On the description page they have it listed as AGP and PCI-E. I called them and the representative I spoke with said it was definitely an AGP card.
