Due this year too

We truly live in great times as pc gamers for vintage classics being revived and revitalized
Some of the games i'm most looking forward to soon are old games reborn
With things like this , there is no reason at all to even play any AAA slop

There is also a ray/path tracing mod, I wonder if it is included in this community edition.

I'll be playing this for sure.

I tried playing this again about a year ago and nothing but crashes, would love to go through the campaign again

I mean... Don't get too excited. While I enjoyed this game and would like to give it a go, remember that community mods often are vaporware. Don't celebrate until it actually launches. Too many Coming Soon(tm) mods seem to never come.

Look at Skyblivion: When did you first hear about that? It started in 2012 so, you know, 14 years ago. They have also been saying "Oh ya, 2026 release, we are real close to being done!" but now we are running out of 2026 for that to happen and the same shit happened last year: In August they said they were in the "final stretch" to release and then it never happened, they put it off to 2026, and here we are.

Just any time there is a big community mod, hold expectations until it actually launches.
