For gaming the "better" CPU isn't going to make any real difference between those two. The Ryzen AI 7 350 has a max boost of 5.0GHz, 4 full size cores, and 4 compact cores. The Ryzen AI 9 HX370 has a 5.1Ghz max boost, 4 full size cores, and 8 compact cores. Both have a default TDP of 28W. For most games the effective difference is 0.1GHz. There are a few that could get some use out of the extra 4 compact cores and might run a little faster, but usually not enough to make up for 4060 vs. 5060. Maybe Civilization 7. Runs on potato graphics and hits the CPU hard at the end of a turn. So between those two I'd go with the cheaper CPU with the 5060 unless you need a big CPU for work.

Are those good? I dunno. I'd be looking for something with 32GB ram, or at least socketed and shipped with one 16GB module and an open slot. Laptops tend to use JEDEC ram rather than XMP/EXPO, so if you get another of the same thing you generally can mix kits. Just match specs.
