Stutters and FPS drops in Modern Warfare 4

I had this problem during the closed beta but after trying to fix it I came up with nothing.
Open beta is tomorrow, so I want to figure out what the problem might have been.
Did you experience any stutters while playing? How'd you fix it?
 
Capping FPS helped me quite a bit, but I also installed the recommended drivers just to be sure. It helped, things looked smooth, tho my recommended specs are barely above minimum, could've been just a problem of hardware.
 
Apparently there are severe FPS drops when you do anything requiring your left hand.

So, I've also found this guide which basically has every problem and possible solution for it. It's been written after the beta, so it probably has all of them. Good luck with trying them out
