CEO's job is responsibility to his employees, so Jensen is doing a good job, in that regard - like it or not. NVIDIA can't control it's distributors and it's not their job to police them, anyway.
Invisible hand finds a way around regulations, if it makes enough sense economically. Just ask Supermicro!
Government lifted the ban on exporting NVIDIA chips to China. Nothing to cry about now.
 
They're only exporting cut down chips compared to what we use in the US. They're still banned from fully featured current gen. But I wasn't speaking about him controlling distributors because he doesn't. I was speaking of relationships he has with distributors which could make him just as guilty if the thread is pulled.
