Just swapped this out my NAS (QNAP TS-873A), was used for plex transcoding.

H.265 & HEVC encode/decode (with 4K lossless) support.
NO VIDEO OUTPUT, used normally in a server for GPU acceleration. Doesn't need any additional power cables.
Includes USB powered fan cable, see pictures below.
I'll also include a 3D printed fan shroud (and fan), adds about 2 inches to the length of this SFF card.

8GB of GDDR5 RAM with the following specs:
Total board power 75 Watts
NVIDIA CUDA cores 2560
Base Speed 885 MHz
Maximum boost 1531 MHz (1113 MHz default)
Idle - 405MHz
EEPROM size VBIOS 4 Mbit
PCI Express 3.0 ×16
Lane and polarity reversal supported

Bump for a fun little GPU. YMMV, but you can actually game on these if you have an integrated GPU. Windows 11 will handle the framecopy into your iGPU automagically. I played Apex Legends with great 1080P performance on one of these.

UP.

We used to use these and the GRID gpus to play games in Win 7 and 8 virtual machines at work.

Huh. Never seen a GPU without an output. Makes me wonder what kinda GPU I can get to run games with Parsec from my server instead of paying boku bucks for a desktop card.

When it was released, the P4 was very good at h.264 video encode/decode. No issues in Plex with my nas and no issues in vmware with gpu passthrough. Not sure about Parsec though, but I seem to recall that craft computing on youtube using and testing these for cloud and vm gaming a few years back.
