On google maps, on the site. I have some locations that I want to save the map to my phone, I have vision issues, so on phone it would be hard. Why is there not a download to phone option?

All it gives me when I pick send to device is it wants to send it to mobile browser Google has some dumb smart people. OMG, send it to Google Maps....
When I click it, it pops up a notification to open google maps on my phone and when i do the map and directions are there.

You probably need logged in on the browser google maps.
 
that i think^^, works with my work account. (signed in on both devices)
or you could just email yourself the link.
