What are thoughts on using Lenovo M720q, M920q, or M920x Tiny for pfSense install

Looking at one of these small form factor systems for home system running pfBlocker + VPN + maybe SNORT
It supports a quad NIC card
What would be the best chipset for this? i5-8500T or i5-8600T or would an i7 be overkill for this setup?
Which options would you guys recommend for a home pfSense install?

I like IPMI for "appliances", so I would get the M920q with Intel vPro.

You definitely do not want, or need, the M920x with it's higher TDP and power supply.

I had a M720q with a quad nic. It was overkill but cool. So I upgraded to a p3 tiny with a 14700t, installed proxmox, then virtualized opnsense, blueiris, and my seed box.
