MSI Pre-built with Intel Core Ultra, CPU upgradable?

probably BUT it may be limited to which cpus, unless its just a regular msi board in it(depends on bios). asking msi would be the easiest way to find out...

300W PSU isn't likely to be able to handle a "k" cpu, and I don't see anything about PCI-e slots in the specs. At least it has 4x ram slots and the drive is "M.2", so those should be upgradable. I bet the CPU is socketed too, but upgrades will be limited by the PSU even if the board supports it.

It's likely socketed since it's using U-DIMM's (up to 4). The motherboard is a B860, so no CPU overclocking no matter what, but memory is a maybe - depending on the BIOS. If you were thinking of putting a 270K Plus in there, I probably wouldn't risk it. Seems a pricey unit, imo, not sure why that caught your eye.

The datasheet shows up to an Ultra 7 265..
This probably just uses their own in-house proprietary MSI B860 motherboard of some sort
