yes. why havent you already?! it may enabled bitlocker, turn it off if you dont want it and then id uninstall copilot, both copies(one says "copilot" one is "microsoft copilot") and then dont fuck with it anymore.

24H2 and 25H2 already share the same code, the same way 22H2 and 23H2 shared the same code, so there is basically zero reason to stay on 24H2.
23H2 and 21H2 are the only meaningful older versions that might still be used for various reasons.
