Well, finally got a free Saturday to catch up. Decided to waste it away by transferring stuff to the new case. Love the new case, although it’s a tad snug. Kinda glad too that I don’t deal with all the rgb lighting as well.

I thought about getting it a few times, was on sale recently. But...most of my computers are already in cases, and I don't have room for another.

I should sell or donate one of the older ones, I guess.

What are the latches on the front of the floppy drives... to lock the floppy in? Or to stop people from trying to insert floppies since they're not real drives?

In the original drives, it was to lock the disc in. In those, I think it serves as part of the mechanism keeping the cover in place.

edit: that^^. i didnt see that post when i replied...
on a real drive it does lock the disk in place by raising the drive spindle and it pinches the magnetic film in the disk(whatever the guts are called) to spin it. on these it release the "fake drive" bay covers.
