Looking for a used inexpensive pci-e video card direct x 11 better than onboard video looking for a friend, not for gaming. maybe very light gaming nothing too intense.

I have been asked what he is upgrading from and the answer is onboard video.

I've got a GTX 460 / EVGA 01G-P3-1370-TR card that was delidded and an Accelero Twin Turbo II cooler kit installed on it. The cooler makes it into a 3 slot card and it needs a decent PSU, but it is DX11 and can trade blows with a 1030 in performance (at least according to my very quick google searching). https://www.evga.com/products/specs/gpu.aspx?pn=25F8732F-4BAD-4577-9403-4AEB851883AE
