You could buy a better case for half the price. You can also buy a Windows 10 License here on these forums in the FS/T forum for around $20.
 
Yes cyberpower PCs are often cheaper than building yourself around major holiday sales — and since its all off the shelf parts that you individually pick out— it can surely be a win.
 
I got a Windows 10 pro license off Ebay for I think $3 and it worked fine. However I only bought a license in the first place because I could not get my Win 7 retail key to work.

That said around the holidays, and/ or in GPU shortages, pre builts can be a good bargin
