So looking better, temps are good, voltages look good and scores are higher. Now time to try it out in some games.

Throw in a single core run of R15, all better scores, very pleased with this bios update.

must be silicon lottery then. My chip hits 4550mhz ST. I am not sure how long it can hold it for. I am fully custom loop cooled.

When I ran it I was hitting 4550 but not often, usually between 4350-4450ghz with temps at about 55c. I ran it twice and got 209, I just ran it a 3rd time and got 210. My friend has the same board as you and scores almost 7500 on multi core, I dont know his single core score, but your system should be similar to his in performance. He also uses custom water cooling.

Sorry I meant almost 7500 on cinebench R20
what mem are you running?

I am running 3600 @ cas 14 so I dont know why its so low. Thats really fast and aggressive timings I am throwing at it.

Maybe I need to OC my ram to like 4000+ at like cas 18 and see what it does.

I’m running 3200 at 14 14 14 24, I believe my friend also has 3600. I don’t think it your memory,

I would bring your bios to defaults running auto on everything , disable of course onboard audio if you don’t use it, run XMP on your memory and see where that leaves you.

no you do not want to go over 3800.. you want to stay 1:1 with the fclk, if your memory clock speed is higher than the fclk then your latency goes to shit. timing isn't as important as actual memory clock speed with zen 2. also buildzoid has a 2 part video talking about memory and fclk settings.

either way though before that i'd double check and see if your fclk is running at 1800mhz(shows up as your NB frequency in CPU-z in the memory tab).
