Weird yellow flickiner light on Asus Hero XI!

Hey guys.. I just built my PC today and noticed a strange yellow Flickering light next to the 4 pin cpu fan connector. It's a Hero XI WIFI and an i9-9900k. Here is a youtube video of it.. Any help will be appreciated.. I'm not sure if this is normal or not.... I have been running the system and everything seems fine software wise so what the is that ?

Based on the layout pic looks like a w in out indicator, maybe for wireless activity?

That would be the Hard Drive LED, which is pretty clearly discussed on page 1-13 of the manual.
