The search for the perfect mouse for my relatively large hands, and numb fingers due to peripheral Neuropathy may be over!

This is the best solution I've found so far:

The Roccat Kone Aimo.

It's big. It fits my hand. It is just a tad bit slippery, but not a problem overall.

The clickers are not super-sensitive. They won't click until you want them to click. They have a bit of travel to them. This resolves one of my biggest issues these days. They are 50 million click Omron's.

The wheel works good enough (No auto-scroll that I love so much in the MX Master 2s :(), and has left/right click.

The forward/reverse buttons are awesome. Big. Easy to find. Very good feel, but not overly sensitive.

Thumb button is great. Firm operation. Doesn't mush out at the bottom of the click.

The Roccat swarm software isn't any better or worse than from the likes of Logitech, Razer, Corsair, etc...

So... it might be the one. So far so good. My hand digs it so that's the important part.

Need to find a way to improve the grip on the sides a little. any suggestions ?

Still waiting for the Dots. Amazon Shipping has apparently lost the first set I ordered so I had to get that refunded and re-order again.

Ok, the dots took care of the slippery part.

This mouse certainly will not be for everyone. It's not for the Ferrari crowd. It's for more like the F-150 crowd :)

If you want a mouse with big ass buttons with long travel and big ass clickers (but still have quality 50 mil click Omron switches behind them), a big shape, and awesome fucking thumb button, and an above average scroll wheel, oh and a first-rate optical sensor, then maybe this mouse is for you too.

For my needs, and only place they went wrong is with the slippery damned finish. I have no idea what they were thinking.

Luckily the grip dots fixed that problem.
