I haven't seen the interposer and can't seem to find anyone who has done a teardown. Did they add more stacks of HBM2 to reach 32GB? If so, then the interposer is larger which would necessitate a larger cold plate area. The standard Titan V already was using 4 hi-stacks with 1 disabled.
