Not finding much on the internet for less than $90 for a Displayport card. Doesn't need to game, and passive cooling would be a bonus. Nvidia preferred but not tied to it.

Anybody have suggestions?

AMD R7 250
90$ and DP

yo can also look for one of those nvidia Quadro NVS dual DP GPUS but man, those are piece of trash.. that one is passive cooled sub 50$..

Yes, I checked Amazon and Newegg but the only thing that perked my interest was a GT1030.

Well.. there are options, but I guess there must be a secret sauce on why the GT1030 was an option over that Quadro. ;)

Has HDMI and DP, in case I wanted to hook it to a TV. 2GB of ram to drive 4k if necessary.

Sorry, first it was searching for something to replace my only other PCIE card, which artifacted then died with me watching it, an old 7950GT. Now I have to GPU swap to run each machine since this unit doesn't have video outputs for the Sandy Bridge IGPU.

Dell HD 6450 (R5 240)

Its the lowest end that supports freesync. They are like $15 on ebay.
