WTB: Tablet with 9-12" screen

EDIT: Ended up getting Samsung Tab A 10.1 with S-Pen from ebay. I think that a stylus would be more useful than a keyboard.

Looking for a Windows/Android tablet with 9-12 inches screen (IPS panel preferred) with keyboard. No need for an iPad. I have one iPad3 and not looking to get another Apple device. Windows tablet would be nice if it had MS Office.

Budget is $200.

The hp elite x2 1011 G1 is too heavy for my purpose. Looks like a nice machine but not for my purpose. Really will be using it for reading books during my comute to work.
 
The model with S-Pen goes for more and it has more memory. I can get used Tab A 10.1 2GB tablets for $100 on ebay (new one is $170). There are three Tab A 10.1 3GB tablets on ebay for $120 but the condition is not that good (apparently screen in scratched). I am not sure how you can scratch screen of modern table which have gorilla glass screen.
