I was wondering if anyone is running a turing gpu, 2070,2080, or 2080 ti
on a windows 7 64 bit pc ?

Running without problems ? Have you had some problems ?

I've read alot of reviews with these cards and windows 10 , but have heard
nothing about win 7 and turing gpu........

thanks in advance for any answers

I will upgrade to win 10 late next year, but ,keeping win 7 for now

I doubt you will find anyone buying these expensive cards and running Win 7. You wont be able to utilize many of the features anyway defeating the point of paying top dollar for these cards. By late next year we are likely to have a 7mn refresh cards anyway.

And with your older setup you would be a little foolish to get a 2080 or especially 2080 ti. I think you should just jump on a Pascal card as even a 1070 would be massive upgrade.

yeah, I was hoping to get a new ftw2 1080 from evga, but all sold out or priced to high
the 1070 ti ftw 2 is at a decent price right now...........

I was thinking about getting a 2070 ftw 3 when they come out , I've should've upgraded
about 2-3 months ago, but was waiting on these turing cards.......

thanks for the advice .......
misterbobby and heatlesssun......

Huh? I saw this thread a little while ago and was going to comment when I got the chance but I echo the sentiments of misterbobby. There's no advantage and much lost when running hardware like RTX GPUs under Windows 7 compared to 10.
