Yes these have been mined on. I ran them at 70% tdp. Temps during summer heat seemed to stay around 50-60c. Pretty decent.

Do you know if these use reference PCB? Any warranty left on cards?

It's a modified reference design. They used better components, however this limits the aftermarket cooling solutions. The caps are taller and a couple mounting holes are different. Not a huge deal however since you can still get aftermarket cooling on it, you just have to finesse it.
