75 watt APC UPS - $20 shipped at newegg. Model number = BGE90M

I have 2 of these hooked to my cable modem, router, Raspberry Pi etc. They're fantastic for the price. Heck, the replacement battery costs more than $20.

How long will this run your Cable Modem/Router with the power out?

House has switched around, and it would be nice to put the cable modem/router on a different floor than my desktop, but they are all plugged into my big UPS right now.

Battery Run Time
36 minutes at full load (75 watts)
80 minutes at half load (37 watts)

You'll have to determine how much power your cable modem and router use.

I think they advertise this primarily as a way to charge cell phones and mifis and small stuff when the power is out. It even has USB direct charging for things like that, that said some of the networking gear is REALLY power efficient. For example my trendnet green 8 port switch uses a max of 3 watts. A surfboard 6141 cable modem uses 9 watts, a general AC router typically uses less than 10 watts. So maybe 20 watts for those three components. Should run maybe a couple hours?

My QNAP NAS with two spinning disks uses about 9 watts at idle, and 15 watts a max draw.

A couple power use example charts for various routers:
