Still WTB GTX 1060.

I'm not sure if this is a dumb post or not, do people help upgrade/downgrade like this?

I have a 4GB Zotac Mini 1050Ti and I'm looking for a GTX 1060, can add funds or stuff from my ebay like some gaming keyboards.
