Hi,

I've got an x34 predator sandwiched by two dell 2460 27" monitors. Currently just using original stands. Any suggestions for a triple mount, with three independent arms, that could hold all of these in a horizontal layout?

Looking for independent arms because the two dells don't quity match up with the predator, so need them all to be independently adjustable, not just attached to a bar across the back.

Thanks!

i got a lot of monitors, i bought the cheapest i could find on ebay, i like all my monitors on independent arms espcially for the higher monitors, you have to put them further back so you barely have to move your neck up, your eyes does all the moving up

i wasn't sure about them, they looked a little cheap, but when i received them, they are thick steel, i am very happy with them, i plan to buy another in the future

i even got this exact one cheaper, but the seller was from china and shipping took 3 months, so i payed the extra 5 bucks to ship from north america. took a week

Thanks for the input. Any reason to look for a three-arm, single clamp mount over three stand-alone mounts? Esthetically it would be nicer, but not sure that a) esthetics matter or b) that a single clamp would actually be strong enough to hold all three monitors.

The x34 is 32.5" wide, so not sure the mounts that hold "up to 32" will actually work.

i dont think a 3 monitor clap would have any problem holding 3 monitors, but you'd have to make sure if has strong steel, and reinforced arms, for huge monitors, or else the outer monitors might droop

like this guy

but this monitor stand works great

what i was worried about is the angles, because i plan on getting 5 monitors all together, so its much easier to get the angles correct.

now that i think about it, if i ever see a used 3 monitor stand on craigslist, i might pick it up and see how it goes, i think it would work ok for me but i am only using 21 inch monitors
the newer monitors are much lighter, my monitors are 10 pounds each

i dont see the point of spending too much money on monitor mounts since once you got them in the position, they never move

ok i just noticed that your 1 monitor is 34 inches, i couldnt find anything on ebay that can hold up that much
im sure there is one online but you might have to pay big bucks

The middle monitor is too wide. Most mounts only support up to 28" monitors. 2 27" and a 34" ultrawide wouldn't fit on those. Also very few mounts allow you to have significant height adjustments per arm. If you want full adjustment you'll have to get multiple mounts. Just look on amazon for mounts, there's a lot of good deals and some of the cheaper stuff like WALI is actually better than the $500+ mounts.
