I was deciding between several mb's when this option went on a major sale. I like what I see so far. However, I have one odd, nagging problem.
I installed Windows 10 Pro over a previous install and (which went okay), but then decided I really wanted a clean install and UEFI support (which I didn't choose the first time around).
All seemed to go fine until I warm-booted out of Win10 to change a BIOS setting. There I encountered a flickering/flashing BIOS that made changing settings a real challenge. It would show the whole screen for just a moment, then go dark for a second or so and then repeat. I found that if I shut down Windows entirely and then booted into the BIOS that there is no flickering.
Was UEFI a poor choice? Is there a setting I goofed on? Is this a known issue and what might be the fix?
