With all those fancy new video cards you are going to need some drivers (Win 10 64 and Win 7 64)and AMD has just that, thankfully. You can check out the full page of release notes on AMD's page. Just a couple of highlights below.

Known Issues - Radeon WattMan may not reach applied overclock states. - 3DMark®Firestrike may experience an application hang during GT2 test. - The "Reset" option in Radeon Settings Gaming tab may enable the "HBCC Memory Segment" feature instead of setting it to the default disabled state. - A limited number of HDR enabled TV's may experience intermittent HDMI signal loss. - Windows Media Player may experience an application hang during video playback if Radeon ReLive is actively recording desktop.

I may have missed it, but why are only AMD's known issues featured on the front page on new GPU drivers postings?

I'm confused by this post. Don't most driver releases from any GPU manufacturer have known issues? It's a new fresh GPU, of course there will be problems.

Exactly, hence the notes. Just a heads up for guys that might be taking delivery soon.

Because they are not nvidia!

Also, i love how nvidia receives proper post and they always, always, always fail to warn about the telemetry crap included.

But, yeah, conspiracy and tin foil and shit.

And i will say it again, my last 3 cards were nvidias, including the current, so save it.

So Nvidia owners don't deserve a heads up, but AMD owners do, on every driver release news post for both?

It's too petty to come from bias or a grand conspiracy, but it is an inconsistency for a long time now that doesn't make sense.

NVIDIA Releases GeForce Game Ready 382.53 WHQL Drivers

NVIDIA GeForce Game Ready 382.33 WHQL Drivers

NVIDIA Releases Game Ready 382.05 WHQL Driver

NVIDIA Releases Game Ready 381.89 WHQL Driver

NVIDIA Releases Game-Ready 381.65 Driver for Quake Champions

Nvidia GeForce Game Ready Driver 378.92 - WHQL Released

I can keep going....

The list of issues fixed in NVIDIA's drivers has been extremely small by comparison, and most of them are not serious. A lot of them are specific to one card and one game/application.
Missing the whole point.

HardOCP NEVER provides such warning to nvidia customers as this article "warns" AMD's customers, which is what meeho pointed out.

I don't believe it is something deliberately decided behind closed doors, but it does stand out as peculiar.

5 out of the 6 rgMekanic posted list known issues. The one that doesn't is just a repost of the press release for the Game Ready driver.

It's not a warning, it's just pointing out to people that there are issues the driver fixed that you may want to install them for. I don't see how one can misconstrue this as badmouthing AMD or whatever.

Fixed issues. Seriously, learn to read before you post unrelated answers twice in a row.

I can see you are tired from the reading comprehension issues. This has been going on for year(s), not about the latest posting.
Rgrt that. I will make sure it never happens again.

It was either childish antics or admitting the discrepancy. You didn't dissapoint.
On a serious note, I have noted the same behavior.

He doesn't take any type of criticism kindly.

True. It's not my first brush with Kyle's...charm. I'll wear the title as a battle scar :)

I would suggest you have no idea the amount of criticism I take on a daily basis, nor how I deal wit it all. Funny you say this when I just read what you wrote and committed to remedy the issue. Not sure how much better I can take criticism.

Thank you Kyle for busting your hump the last few weeks to provide us readers with high quality content and videos. The past few weeks have been a real pleasure with some exciting tech!
