We all know that Narwhals are swimming in the ocean, causing a commotion, 'cause they are so awesome. It seems however that there is something to that kickass facial horn. It seems that the gentle giants like to sneak up behind other fish and club the hell out of them so they are a bit stunned before being sucked down that slippery Narwhal gullet. Just don't let'em touch your balls.

Yeah billfish, sailfish, sawfish, swordfish all do the same thing.
 
I read an article about the horn/tooth and they think its acts like a sensor, helping the whale find food and females looking to mate.
 
It's just a calcified Pineal gland, they did a great documentary about this in the 80's called "From Beyond"...available on VHS. Narwhals can see other dimensions, True Story.
