Got a good Asus P6TD Deluxe/ I7-950 don't recall the ram but it is 6GB
looking for good router that can use DDWRT if needed with strong wireless range

I realize that you haven't asked for opinions and that it is your call to proceed as you see fit, but it seems like the odds of finding this exact trade are probably low...it might be easier to sell it outright (whether as a combo, or in parts) and then buy the router that meets your needs.

I'm not sure what you're thinking value-wise, but I have a T-mobile TM-AC1900 that I flashed to a Asus RT-AC68U. Pretty sure I left it with Asus firmware on it, but it can take DD-WRT I think.

I'll power it up later to confirm what's in it (and wipe my settings) if you're interested.

Forgive me if I'm way over-shooting here. I have no idea what those old LGA1366 parts go for these days.

Hahaha oh boy, based on motherboard values alone, you're looking for something way better. Either that or you should sell that stuff and buy the router of your choice. I'll gladly trade though!

Apparently I did put DD-WRT on it.. thought I remembered flashing the CFE. Anyways, it's running DD-WRT v3.0-r29621 (05/10/16)

Worked great for me for the year or so I used it until a month or two ago. Only reason I don't use it now is because I went with a dedicated firewall/router and separate Ubiquiti access point.

I have a WRT54G V8 I used it as a bridge but the wireless is just to slow..The router I get will have to go behind my gateway NVG510 (no option there) There so many routers out there these days and I know nothing at all about any of them...Time to do some research

AC68U is a excellent router with awesome range. Look it up at smallnetbuilder.com, it is ranked 1 or 2 for AC1900 routers.

I have an Asus RT-N66U but that trade is pretty lopsided. Would sell it outright if it's not to old for what you want to use it for. I was keeping it as a backup but I have since moved on to an ubiquity edge router and APs.

No longing looking to trade for router I bought the T-mobile TM-AC1900 off DuronClocker
