Not sure if this would fit what you're looking for, but have you looked at the second-gen Intel Compute Sticks? The base model is $130 at Amazon and has a quad-core Cherry Trail Atom processor and Windows 10 installed. I wonder if you could get one with no OS or with Linux (like they did on the first gen) for less.

i just took another look at them and they dont look all that bad. the only isuue i can see is a little bit less power then i want and only one usb (i could get a hub but the project is very constricted on size.) i need 3 usb ports total. i also dont know if i can run 2012 server or esxi on them but ill do some googling later. curently im looking at either a lattepanda or a pico-itx motherboard.

I could let my Atom SBC go for that price. It needs a heatsink - I can't sell the proto case it's in, but I can throw in the Molex power adapter.

Like new, in OEM clamshell.

what cpu would it have in it and would you include any ram?

Nope, it's the 2 GB version, with pre-licensed Windows & plywood case from kickstarter.

i will have to pass on that i would end up instaling 2012 server on it so the lisence wouldnt be worth the price increase from buying a new one at 80
