I also have one, slightly used 400gb with retail box. $275 shipped, you cover fees.
 
I have an Intel 750 800gb that I bought from Microcenter last November. 100% life remaining and I don't even think I exceeded 3tb of data written.. -$420 shipped.

Edit: Nvm didnt see post about $250. Should definitely find a 400gb for that price. They go on sale for $199 usually!

Where have you seen them that cheap?
 
Microcenter. For reference I just looked at my receipt. I purchased my 800gb 750 for $449.99 and at the time the 400gb was $199.99.

Looking at Microcenter right now, the 800gb is on sale for 549.99 and the 400gb 269.99.
