18 Minute Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Game Play Video

I had a real blast with the last installment (IIRC, won it from an [H] contest), the game play was great and the environments were excellent. It looks like there will be more of that, which is never a bad thing. I haven't been following development of it much but hopefully they don't pull the whole outsourced boss thing again. Either way, I'm also really looking forward to this one.

I had an utter blast with the first Deus Ex: Others have been a bit cumbersome. I hope this gets back to the roots, and easy keyboard controls.

I haven't been following the development of this game, can you elaborate?

Oh just saying. Whenever you say "I hope it doesn't get screwed up", it's usually too late. I hope it turns out to be a good game.

Fingers crossed it doesn't get a visual quality downgrade like Ubisoft games have been getting lately when its released

et chetera, et chetera, thats all i remembered from the video :D
deus ex have a wonderfull setup, alot of potential for the story, but the last one somehow turned out lame and boring, i have a feeling this one is the same, they need better writers for deus.
hard to be at the level of naughty dog, rockstar, cdprojectred.

I haven't played The Division... is it truly that stripped from what they advertised or is that a console/midrange example? I watched a few seconds of the nvidia "demo" and remember it looking better than this comparison (could be what is in the video...)

Why did they change sarifs voice?

That hit me instantly when I heard it. I liked the old voice. Probably something to do with cost and using a cheaper voice actor, though now Sarif sounds too young to me.

Hopefully they do the "boss" fights in house this time. That was the biggest problem with Human Rev.

UBI could of wanted more of a setting that is old that you can recognize or something instead of having a Yellow tint over everything

Game looks really bad to me graphically. Thought that maybe the graphics would be a little better. Not really impressed.

It looks pretty good to me, but Deus Ex was never a series that pushed graphics to the next level.

Meh, it seemed ok but nothing to write home about. Graphics were mediocre and game play didn't appear to be awe inspiring either. Steam sale purchase

I'm looking forward to this game. I loved the original, probably one of my favorite games of all time, top 5 for sure.

why do people keep talking about Ubisoft...Mankind Divided is not a Ubisoft game...that 18 minute video looked pretty good to me...will definitely be picking this up as I enjoyed Human Revolution a lot

What's with the nauseatingly slow turning going on during that demo? Reminds me of a on-rails linear camera demo more than gameplay... :(

That is certainly true, but recent years we have other companies that shows very good graphics like Witcher 3 or in Sony case FMV of Killzone 2, only to be let down by downgrades of graphics. Just take it as a caution, though I doubt SE and Eidos would do such a thing after looking at the trailer.

Why does it look like halflife 2 that came out in 2004 hahaha, surely videogame graphics have improved since then.

What happend to graphics :nailbiting: I just want great story to be beeautifull:love:

Since the graphics look a heck of a lot like the previous installment, I don't think there is much risk of a downgrade unless the maps get giant, and the maps look about the same size between zones.
