Hi guys!
Lately I was playing with an idea to build a PC case which would true dominant in living room.
Idea was to have very clean design with materials giving to the case luxury feel. In the final phase the case should evoke emotions close to high grade cars.

As I'm also considering to go to crowdfunding later on I would like to ask for your comments, feelings or anything you would add to conceptual pictures below. Feel free to comment design, function or any ideas which could improve it! :)

In current phase the project is render only - Not all details are sovlved.
I would like to move towards with detailed render and actual prototype once I gather some feedback.

Assumptions:
-PC case for living rooms forming an dominant item in the room
-Use of luxury and unusual materials (Wood, Leather, aluminium)
-Capability to house high performance (e.g. gaming, virtual reality)

Technical details:
- Mini ITX motherboard
- SFX PSU
- Up to 270 mm Graphic card
- Up to 6 x 2.5'' HDD or 4x 3.5'' HDD
- 1x Slit BlueRay drive
- Covered internal cables
- Dimensions 922 mm x 85 mm x 290 mm (Incl. stand)

Hope you enjoyed the concept.
Thank you for your comments.

Two hottest components are at the bottom right on top of one another with no air flow.

It's too tall for me personally.

Honestly, don't see how this would fit in to most home theater setups, and doubt most would want it at their desks.

And as Icewind said, the layout doesn't really work. Lots of dead space inside what is clearly intended to be a compact design.

What's the appeal of the dedicated volume knob atop a meter tall tower? I guess it's supposed to sit on the floor next to your desk?

It just... doesn't really work. Certainly not at a "luxury" price point.

Hi guys,
thanks for feedback. Regarding airflow/hot components point taken :)

Regarding compact design/height of the case - well I was trying to achieve exactly this dimensions so the aim was not to have as compact design as possible to achieve some proportions of the case.
The use was in the living room where it would stand like a speakers - but so far I see this not appealing for you :)

Thanks for your valid comments!

Use the dead space for aio coolers for the gpu and cpu, and swap the locations for the mobo and gpu

the location of the harda drive concerns me. what happens when someone knocks it over? in a decent workstation build many people have crucial data on a 2 tb or so hdd and that drive would experiance sigificant g's if it fell. however i do like the thermal design of it if you get alittle airflow going up that should be enough for both the gpu and cpu.
